Running out of time? Still want a cute or funky pumpkin to display, but don't want the mess of carving?
A few cute ideas from the folks at Family Fun magazine.
1. Use gauze! Easily found at your local drug store or even dollar store, it's a economical way to mummify a pumpkin. Use banana slices as eyes or create eyes out of felt or construction paper.
Even small children will enjoy wrapping the pumpkin.
2. Use felt pieces to create stick on faces for your pumpkin. Stick on the pieces with glue dots used for scrapbooking or a hot glue gun.
3. Cut out mismatched eyes, mouths and other facial parts from magazines and catalogs. Use scrapbooking glue dots to adhere. Done!
