Everyday Events: Ocean ONEderland First Birthday

Have I mentioned how much I heart my readers?
And while my inbox gets crazy sometimes and I may miss some responses (blush), I really and truly do love hearing from everyone. 

One of the things that I love is seeing how my readers take what they see on my blog and put it to use in "everyday celebrating"!

Remember my son Keaton's first birthday party, the Winter ONEderland?
Well, Jennifer of Gesch Who's got a Blog dropped me a line to show me how she turned the theme around to make it an Ocean ONEderland and boy, is it cute! (click on the images to see all the details!)

First up, the invitations she made.  Adorable!

here's the inside:

She made my crunch and munch cones too.  Love how she incorporated the whales and waves into the pot.

but look at how cute these are!
Flipped the pots upside down, used chenille sticks, stick on eyes and a glue gun!

She made a timeline of her son's first year using sea creatures....

Look at the big whale cupcake!

Lollipops!

Love the beach pail favors!  Especially the tags "Hope you had a whale of a time!"
