Sunflower PEEPS cake

Taste of Home shows this EASY sunflower peeps cake.

1. Bake a round cake. Cover in chocolate icing.

2. Place chocolate chips in circles around the center for the seeds.

3. Place yellow peeps around the edges for the petals.

Done!

This would be so cute for a mid-summer birthday. Do you have any idea if the Peeps freeze well? I don't think they'd be easy to find in June :)
