Love this monogram idea from DIY magazine.
For a beachy themed dinner....
spread sand onto a dinner plate and create a monogram using a fork or the eraser end of a pencil.
Next carefully place a clear glass plate on the top for eating.
At the end of the meal, brush the sand off and wash the plates.
I love how the sand creates another texture and color element to the table!

I LOVE this! And can actually do it without having to summon my inner-decorator genie. Sometimes I think I missed some days in "what to do when you grow up" school.

I found over the years that many times I would call on a customer just to say hello and would ask if their is something I could help them with. There would always be something they were thinking of doing but just had not called me.
